Driver fled on foot in a hit-and-run collision at the intersection of County Roads 404 and 407 in Kirbyville, Texas

The Texas Department of Public Safety says a driver fled on foot from a state trooper after she was involved in a hit-and-run crash near Kirbyville on Monday evening. According to DPS Sergeant Shana Clark, Trooper Calvin Starkie responded at about 9:00 to a report of a hit-and-run crash at the intersection of County Roads 404 and 407.
