A tragic accident happened in Flour Bluff, Corpus Christi on Friday night when a woman was run over by her own suv. Friends have identified the woman as Melody Hubbard. Police say the 30-year-old victim was parked between NAS and Military Drive. She was out looking for her lost dog, when she got out of her vehicle and put it in park, but it appears she still had her vehicle in reverse because she was then run over and trapped by her SUV. Hubbard was transported to the hospital but did not survive her injuries.
