OSHA investigating Valero after employee is seriously burned
OSHA, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, tells KRIS Six it is investigating a January 4th incident that left a Valero employee with serious burns. As we've reported, David Barrett was burned after he apparently sank through an area that was saturated with hot water.
