A 23 year old Robstown man was killed in a single car crash on South Padre Island Drive near Stone Street. Officers arrived and found the 2014 Dodge Charger wedged where the underside of the ramp from Naval Air Station Drive and the westbound freeway lanes of State Highway 358 connect.
