Memorial service to be held for man killed in Port Aransas
Phelps' friends will hold a memorial service at the upstairs venue at Gulf Coast Racing, which is located at 5302 Leopard St. The service begins at 1 p.m.

During his arraignment Thursday morning, Auvenshine pleaded "not guilty" to both charges. He faces anywhere between 25 years in prison to life in prison.
