Texas Tornado: Infant, toddler rescued from submerged truck (VIDEO)

First things first: apparently everyone survived, and the baby and toddler are currently stabilized and recovering in the hospital, but that will not be super helpful to your stress level while/immediately after viewing. A wrong-way driver died after crashing into the Interstate 30 median in Mesquite early Wednesday morning. The person was apparently driving east on westbound I-30 at about 3:15 a.m., eventually crashing into the divider near Galloway Avenue.

Police have determined that intoxicants and excessive speed were the cause of a single vehicle crash that killed a woman and seriously injured a man.

Dallas police have a man in custody after a fatal hit-and-run pedestrian collision Sunday morning. Police said Angel Lopez-Gil, 22, struck David Benton, 55, in the 7200 block of Skillman Street in Lake Highlands.

Authorities have arrested a man they believe was the driver in a fatal hit-and-run crash Tuesday night on East Renfro Steet. The victim is 38-year-old Clayton Stokes, of Burleson.

A pedestrian was hit and killed on Interstate 635 near TI Boulevard late Thursday night in northeast Dallas while attempting to cross the interstate. The pedestrian died immediately and there is no word yet as to if the driver faces any charges.

Two men were found deceased on Northeast Loop 820 after a car crash around 2:30 a.m. Saturday. First responders found the first man near the truck involved in the accident, and they found the second man in the westbound lanes of Loop 820.

30-year-old Rosanely Frire has been killed after being hit by Adam G. Quiros, 27 who was under the influence of alcohol. The accident occured at the corner of Valwood Parkway and Webb Chapel Road.

The driver of a school bus was that transporting middle and high school students to school was driving on Highway 274 when they lost control and veered across the roadway, where the bus rolled onto its side.
