Dispatch: One person killed, two injured in crash near UTEP
It happened Friday around 1:30 p.m. on Schuster Avenue and Stanton Street.
Police spokesperson Enrique Carrillo said six cars were involved in the crash.
Driver Charged With Murder After 6-Vehicle Collision
Roacho was charged with two counts of burglary of habitation, one from February 29 at the 1100 block of Galloway and a second on the day of the crash.
After the crash, Roacho and his passenger ran away, but were caught and arrested minutes later.
