Central Texas Man Killed in Pedestrian Crash
El Paso Thursday night.
The crash happened around 6 p.m. in the 6900 block of Alameda, just west of Delta. El Paso Police say that 67-year-old Alfonso Garcia Alvarado, of Temple, Texas, was walking north to south across Alameda outside of a crosswalk when he was hit by a 39-year-old man driving a 2011 Chevrolet 2500 truck.
