The report indicated that Perez was on 24th Avenue standing outside of her stalled vehicle when the driver of the Mustang, Edward Magallan, 25, hit Perez and the vehicle.

Magallan’s bond was set at $150,000. As a condition of his bond, he is required to carry a portable hand device breathalyzer and be alcohol free at all times.
