Two women killed in Starr County car crash
At 5:58 p.m. Sunday, a Chevrolet Tahoe traveling eastbound on U.S. 83 veered across the median and struck a Ford Crown Victoria near San Julian Road, according to the preliminary investigation conducted by the Texas Department of Public Safety. San Julian Road meets U.S. 83 in Escobares, about four miles east of Roma.
A Ford F-150 also collided with a vehicle during the incident.
