Passenger killed in drunk driving accident
A back-seat passenger is dead after an early morning crash on Westheimer, according to police.
Just after 5 a.m., a gray Nissan Sentra was headed west in the 5200 block when the driver veered out of her lane and killed a 45-year-old back seat passenger, HPD spokesman John Cannon said Sunday.

Chambers was taken to Ben Taub General Hospital where police say she was deemed intoxicated, and charged.
