Pedestrian struck and killed in Polk County
Polk County Today is reporting that 56-year-old Carl Steven Burris, Jr., of Livingston, stepped out in front of a pickup truck and was struck and killed instantly. The report said his body flew approximately 80 feet away, while the front of the pickup sustained heavy damage.
