Highway 59 reopens after overnight shut down in Rosenberg
All southbound lanes on Highway 59 at Highway 36 in Rosenberg were shut down overnight after a two-vehicle accident and Hazmat spill.
The crash first occurred late Monday. As of 4:40 a.m. Tuesday the freeway remained blocked.
