Jose Molina, 18, drowns in Lake Casa Blanca in Laredo, Texas
Lake Casa Blanca drowning victim identified as Nixon High School student
On Saturday, at about 7 p.m., a drowning was reported at Lake Casa Blanca.
Laredo Fire Department Chief Steve Landin said the body of a man about 18 years old was recovered from the water.
Preliminary reports state that the victim fell into the water from a floating device. He was allegedly with a group of kids, none of whom were wearing life jackets, according to reports.
