The hit-and-run happened in the 5400 block of Link Road on Friday at about 6:30 p.m., according to police.
The victim, a 49-year-old San Angelo man, was transported to San Angelo Community Medical Center for treatment of incapacitating injuries.

This morning, Officer Quade obtained a warrant for Escalante’s arrest for the charge of Accident Involving Serious Bodily Injury, a third Degree Felony.
