Tractor-trailer carrying lumber over-turns on I-35, scattering lumber over most lanes and causing long back-ups.

An overturned tractor-trailer resulted Thursday afternoon in the closure of both northbound and southbound ramps from Interstate 35 to westbound Interstate 10 near downtown.

The wreck and resulting closure occurred at about 3 p.m. The flatbed 18-wheeler loaded with lumber left debris scattered across the highway and appeared to be leaking diesel fuel, according to police scanners.
