Body identified after search for car that plunged into river from I-10
First responders discovered a Nissan Rogue in the Guadalupe River at roughly noon on Thursday, February 9, according to a news release. A single body was found in the car and identified as Noel Joshua Hernandez, 29, from Overton, in East Texas. He was pronounced dead at the scene and the next of kin has been notified.
