According to emergency officials on scene, the driver of each vehicle was killed, however, two children in an SUV survived.

Nacogdoches County Justice of the Peace David Perkins pronounced both Harolyn Fancher and Michael Fancher deceased at the scene. Two additional passengers in the GMC were not reportedly injured.
