Journey Magness, 7, killed when teen driver rear-ends Trinity ISD van on FM 1893 in Trinity, Texas

According to DPS, 17-year-old Micah Brock crashed his 2008 Ford pickup into the back of the bus on FM 1893 in Trinity County. The bus had stopped to pick up a child just before 7:30 a.m.

DPS and the hospital report 10 other children were taken to the hospital for non-life threatening injuries. Three have been treated and released. Wheeler was also taken to the hospital for treatment.
