Distracted by cellphone, Cedar City woman rolls after nearly hitting UHP trooper

Utah Highway Patrol Sgt. Todd Royce said accident investigators still are looking into the 5 p.m. Sunday crash on Interstate 15, which came the moment after the woman looked up from her cellphone as her SUV drifted from one lane to another. Just in time, she saw she was about to hit a trooper's cruiser in the process of conducting a traffic stop on northbound I-15, near mile post 72.
