“(The driver of the Suburban) pulled quickly to the side of the road and went through the fence, but did all he could to safely control the vehicle,” Ross said. “The kids were scared and shook up a little bit, of course, but nobody was injured and that is good.”
A man who crashed through a dealership fence Monday morning told police he was driving his Chevrolet Suburban south on Redwood Road when another car swerved into his lane, forcing him off of the road. He went through the fence of Pyramid Auto Sales before hitting a minivan that was for sale. Children were in the Suburban at the time of the accident, but no one was injured. The car that changed lanes is believed to be dark blue, but the incident is still under investigation.
