Man impaled by chain-link fence in Salt Lake City crash
The driver lost control while driving south at about 750 S. Redwood Road, crossed the northbound lanes and went through the 4-foot-high fence, police Lt. Martin Kaufmann said. His upper body was pierced by part of the fence, he said.
The driver was taken to a hospital, where he was in serious condition, Kaufmann said. A male passenger received minor injuries, he added.
