Albemarle Police say 34-year old Palmyra resident Bryan Daniel Warwick, the driver of one of the vehicles, and a juvenile passenger in that vehicle died at the scene. The driver of a second vehicle was transported to UVa with non-life threatening injuries, and the driver of a third vehicle did not need medical attention.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation by the Albemarle County Police Department’s Fatal Crash Reconstruction Team. This is the fifth traffic fatality investigated by ACPD in 2022.
