The WSP report says a silver 206 Ford F250 pickup truck driven by a 21-year old Oak Harbor man was headed southbound on State Route 20 as a black 2016 Ford Escape was headed northbound.
The Ford pickup truck crossed over the center line and smashed into the Ford escape.
