Washington State Patrol Sergeant Mark Francis says the driver was headed from California to British Columbia around 5:00 a.m. when he admitted he fell asleep at the wheel.
"According to the driver, he falls asleep, swerves to the left into the median and then rolled on his side," said Trooper Francis.
The driver wasn't hurt, and no fruit spilled onto the roadway. But, it took several hours to get produce off-loaded and onto a new trailer.
