Deputies found the vehicle just after 3 a.m. on the 5800 block of 20th Street Southeast below the Hewitt Avenue trestle, said Lt. Tom Morris of the Sheriff’s Office. The driver and passenger were both deceased, and the car was about 90 feet south of the road, he said.
