Charles W. Kellogg: Obituary

Chuck will be remembered by those who knew him well as charismatic, excited about life, and irreverently funny.
The man, who was ejected from his Cadillac Escalade, was dead when officials arrived to the scene. He was the only person in the Escalade at the time of the crash. The railroad crossing on the private driveway is marked with stop signs and railroad-crossing warning signs. Train accidents are fairly rare, but when they happen, they are often fatal.
