The man was walking on the tracks along the Columbia River when the southbound train struck him just before 1 p.m. Friday. The locomotive was one of two being moved from Kalama to Vancouver.

Tue, 10/28/2014Luke James Warner and Bailey Anne Weinberg, 18, were walking along the railroad tracks near Interstate 5 after their car ran out of gas. Warner was struck and killed by a train, Weinberg was uninjured. The investigation of the incident is still underway.
