The Sheriff’s Office says their preliminary information shows a black BMW headed west on Highway 91 crashed head on into a maroon Ford Fusion that was headed east on the same roadway. The driver of the Fusion, identified as a 57-year-old Berlin man, died at the scene due to his severe injuries, according to the Winnebago County Sheriff’s Office.
