A car driven by 27-year-old Jordan Thomas of North Fond du Lac "failed to negotiate a curve" and crossed the centerline, hitting a minivan in the other lane. Inside the minivan were a 29-year-old North Fond du Lac woman and four children, ages 1, 5, 12 and 15.
