Emergency crews were called about 2:15 p.m. after a sport utility vehicle exited I-41 at a high rate of speed, skidded into the left ditch and rolled several times.

The driver is identified as Travis Michael Berndt, 21, of Appleton. He was wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash and was taken to ThedaCare Regional Medial Center-Neenah for non-life threatening injuries. Enforcement action against him is pending.
