Duck hunter dies in Tomah boat accident

Authorities said a duck hunter has died when a boat overturned on a cranberry flowage in west-central Wisconsin. The Monroe County Sheriff's Office said the hunter was heading out to a duck hunt with two other hunters when their boat took on water and overturned in the township of Tomah just before 7 a.m. Two of the hunters made it back to the boat, but the third hunter was swept away by the current due to high winds and was unable to return to the boat. The victim's body was later recovered from the water. The name of the victim has not been released.

Mukwonago man identified as drowning victim

Robert White, 67, Mukwonago, died after a boat in which he was riding capsized on a cranberry flowage in the town of LaGrange.
