Four people, including two children, died a traffic accident east of Janesville Saturday, when an 18-year-old driver failed to stop at a stop sign, according to the Rock County Sheriff's Department. As the northbound 2009 Honda driven by Talia S. Enciso of Sharon entered the intersection without yielding the right away, it was struck by an eastbound truck. Enciso and her three passengers all died, the department said in a statement. The others killed in the wreck were Alvino Ortiz, 43, and two children, ages seven and 14. The three were family members of Enciso, but the Sheriff's Department did not specify the relationships. The accident happened at the intersection of U.S. Highway 14 and state Highway 140 in Bradford Township shortly after 10 a.m. Saturday. Timothy and Cheri Votow of Janesville, were in the Dodge Ram truck that struck the Honda. They were not injured, the department said. The truck was pulling a trailer at the time of the accident.
