A 25-year-old Illinois man lost control of his vehicle Tuesday night on I-39 near Janesville, leaving him dead and his passenger with life-threatening injuries. The car rolled into a ditch and hit two trees after the driver in front of him braked on southbound I-39. Both the driver and his passenger, a 27-year-old Illinois man were brought taken with life-threatening injuries to a hospital, where the driver later died.
