Carolyn Rhodes, 75, of Janesville, lost control of her Ford F-150 on the icy road while driving east on U.S. Highway 14, according to police. She traveled into the westbound lane, striking a pickup truck driven by Bradley W. Britt, 57, of Davis, Illinois.
