An 18-year-old Oregon woman will be ticketed for her role in a head-on crash Tuesday morning in the Town of Dunn that injured her and another driver.
An 18-year-old Oregon woman will be ticketed for her role in a head-on crash Tuesday morning in the Town of Dunn that injured her and another driver.
The crash occurred just before 8 a.m. at Highway B at White Oak Trail when Danielle Waldvogel, 18, crossed the centerline and crashed head-on into a vehicle traveling the opposite direction, according to a Dane County sheriff's office news release.
The driver of the other car, Ruth Drage, 54, of Middleton had to be extricated from her vehicle by Oregon firefighters, officials said.
Waldvogel and Drage were taken to hospitals for treatment of injuries that are not believed to be life-threatening. Authorities said Waldvogel will be ticketed for operating left of center.
