An initial investigation indicates an 80-year-old Plymouth man had stopped his vehicle at a stop sign on County Road U facing east at County Road A. It is believed he then pulled out in front of the semi, which wastraveling south on County Road A.

According to the Sheboygan County Sheriff's Office, authorities have identified the victim as 79-year-old William P. Buelter. Deputies say Buelter is from Plymouth.
