Manitowoc County authorities seek help identifying vehicle involved in hit-and-run crash
Officials say the crash occurred on I-43 south of Exit 157 in the village of Francis Creek at approximately 11 a.m. Friday. The suspect's vehicle was last seen traveling north on I-43.
