Crash sends 40,000 pounds of cheese into pond

A semi-trailer filled with 40,000 pounds of cheese crashed into a pond after colliding with a truck on a highway in Dodge County Wednesday night.
A semi-trailer driven by Bradley A. Strobel filled with 40,000 pounds of cheese crashed into a pond after colliding with a truck on a highway in Dodge County Wednesday night. Strobel was stopped at a stop sign on County Road P when he entered the intersection and into the path of the semitractor traveling east and driven by John P. Wiseman. The semi traveled off the road and overturned in a pond, spilling an unknown amount of diesel fuel onto the ground and into the pond. Strobel and Wiseman were taken to Froedert Hospital in Milwaukee with non-life-threatening injuries while passenger David A. Strobel's injuries were reportedly more serious.
