Police in Niagara County are looking into an accident that killed two people along Porter Road overnight.
Town of Niagara Police say the SUV crashed just after 3 a.m. Saturday morning while going around a curve in the Town of Niagara, south of Packard Road.
The victims are Michael J. Cramer, 43, of Niagara Falls, and Ruth M. Schaller, 35, also of Niagara Falls. They were both pronounced dead at the scene.
The cause of the crash is still under investigation according to the Town of Niagara Police Department.

Tomohiro Hirayama, 50, his wife Sachiyo, 42, and their son Yuki, a 16-year-old sophomore at Stevenson High School, died at about 9:03 p.m. March 28 on U.S. Route 160.

Samuel Mayo Rinaker Jr. died at the scene of the crash at the intersection of La Jolla Scenic Drive and Soledad Mountain Road shortly after 1 p.m. Friday.
The 57-year-old driver of the 1993 Mercedes-Benz sedan in which Rinaker was riding lost control of the vehicle for unknown reasons while proceeding northbound on La Jolla Scenic Drive, according to San Diego police and the county Medical Examiner's Office.

The crash happened shortly before 10 p.m. along Riverside Drive near West 5th Avenue in the Village of Marble Cliff.
A pedestrian was taken to an area hospital with serious injuries.
The driver was interviewed at the scene and released. No charges have been filed at this time.
A portion of Riverside Drive was closed in the area, but traffic was diverted through a shopping center.

The Black Hawk County Sheriff's office says it happened around 4:30 p.m. about four miles west of Dunkerton on E. Dunkerton Road.
Investigators say 17-year-old Karlee Ann Johnson and two passengers were traveling westbound when Johnson lost control of her vehicle.
The vehicle ran off the north side of the road and rolled over into a farm field.
