Allyson Renae Norland, 17, was driving her Honda Accord south on Storytown Road when her car left the street, went airborne, and hit a tree just after 4 p.m. Wednesday. Norland was found dead at the accident site. Investigators believe that excessive speed was a factor in the accident. We will have more details on this story as they emerge.

A 17-year-old boy was driving a pickup south on a county road east of Okarche in Kingfisher County with a 15-year-old and 18-year-old passengers. The 15-year-old, from Edmond, attempted to climb from his seat to the bed of the truck when he fell onto the road. He was airlifted to a hospital, where he's now in stable condition. The 17-year-old driver, Jared Don Wilson, then lost control and the pickup overturned, killing the driver. The 15-year-old was airlifted to a hospital, where he's now in stable condition.

Groth was driving a car in which Griffin, Ezekiel Flemmer, 17, and Zachery Trueblood were passengers on County Road 120 at about 10:30pm when he veered off of the roadway to the left. He then overcorrected and left the road to the right, where he crashed through a fence before finally hitting a tree, with the impact causing the car to catch fire. It is believed that Groth was speeding when he lost control.

Two vehicles were heading west on Yerba Buena Road at a high rate of speed Monday afternoon when at least one vehicle struck a female pedestrian near Edenwood Drive while she was on the sidewalk or in the bike lane, pinning her against a tree. Kiran Pabla, 24, was pronounced dead at the scene. It's believed that the drivers may have been racing each other. San Jose police have said 19-year old Gabriel Becerra was driving a silver Nissan, and 24-year old Manuel Maldonado-Avalos was in a silver BMW.

Zaiid S Ibn El Gaines Liwaru, 20, of Omaha, was killed in a weekend accident along Highway 75.  He was traveling southbound on Highway 75 when his vehicle exited the roadway, went down an embankment, and crashed into a fence. Witnesses stated that Liwaru was traveling at high speed before the accident. Liwaru died on the way to the hospital. The crash is being investigated.

Vermont State Police apprehended a naked Connecticut man after a high-speed collision on Route 103 in Cavendish, Vermont Friday. James Pollner, 18, of Fairfield, Connecticut told authorities he had consumed LSD as he drove his 2009 GMC Yukon south on Route 103. He was speeding when he slammed into the rear of a Chrysler Sebring, resulting in extensive damage to that vehicle. When authorities arrived at the crash site, Pollner was running around in the road, naked. Police put him in the back of a cruiser while they conducted their investigation.

It was early in the morning when a car driven by Linden Quintal, 18, that was headed southwest on Farrington Highway departed the roadway onto the sidewalk before colliding with a rock wall and a tree. Despite attempts to save the Quintal's life, he ended up being pronounced dead at the scene. Police believe that high-speed contributed to the cause and severity of the accident, and are currently investigating whether alcohol played a role. Check back for updates.

According to authorities, 15-year-old Summer Ungerank of Pocahontas was killed when the 2008 Chevrolet Aveo she was riding in ran off of Bellview Road at a high speed, struck a tree, and overturned. The accident happened at 7:30 p.m. Monday in Randolph County. Two other teen girls in the vehicle, ages 16 and 14, recieved unknown injuries in the accident. We'll update this story as more information becomes available.

At about 8:45pm, Claudio was driving on Highway 37 when he crossed over the median and collided head-on with a car driven by Amalia, who was stopped and waiting to make a left turn, and both drivers were killed in the crash. A patrol officer reportedly caught Claudio traveling at 80 mph just before the crash, while the speed limit for the area was only 55 mph.

Jesse Benson was on his way to school when the pickup he was driving crashed into another car on Route 21 in Graysville, killing the 18-year-old. Police say Benson was traveling to West Greene Middle and High School at around 7:50 a.m. Tuesday when he sped around a line of traffic on Route 21. According to police, another motorist trying to make a left turn out of the line of traffic clipped Benson's pickup, which caused it to flip end over end. Benson wasn't wearing a seatbelt and was ejected from his vehicle. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
