Man killed in Brown County crash caused by bucket of paint, troopers say

Officials said Young's truck slid left of center into the northbound lane, and was struck by a 2007 Freightliner semi-truck pulling a Great Dane trailer driven by 41-year-old Rusty G. Chumley

Truck Slides on Spilled Paint, Killing Ohio Driver

Troopers say the paint bucket fell from the back of a pickup truck driven by a 55-year-old Maysville, Kentucky, man as he negotiated a curve.
The paint fell off of the back of a truck driven by Michael R. Fryman, 55. Other than the death of Young, no one else was injured or killed.

If mike fryman wasn't driving wrecklessly and had his load secured he wouldn't have killed my daddy. I hope he rots in prison even though its been almost two years he will eventually serve time. As for Rusty Chumley I feel so sorry for him because of mike frymans negligence that man has to live the rest of his life knowing that when he crashed into my daddy it killed him, but I hope he understands and knows that the accident was not his fault and our family is not upset with him at all. Its mike fryman were upset with he is the negligent piece of crap.

It is so said when crashes and deaths are caused by driver's that fail to secure loads or other hazards in the roadway that are totally preventable. I've seen truck tires, barrels, black out tape mame and kill and it is important to hold the wrongdoer accountableand get compensation for those left behind
