A CHP report says Joel Gonzalez-Garcia, 21, of Watsonville, was driving a Chevy truck when he crossed the double yellow lines into oncoming traffic and crashed head-on into a Nissan car.

Unfornuately he made a poor choice, which had drastic consequences. He is not a bad kid, I seen him grow up. My heart goes out to not only the families of the deceased, but also to his. What a tragic story for both parties. Praying for EVERYONE.
