Law enforcement officers are looking for the driver of a pickup truck involved in a crash that killed his passenger, 23-year-old Brittany Elliott of Sidney. Carl Graber, 33, of Sidney, fled the crash scene that happened around 11:30 p.m. Saturday in the 1000 block of Lindsey Road. A reward is offered for information leading to the capture of Graber, who is facing charges of vehicular homicide and leaving the scene of an accident. Brittany Elliott, 23, died in the accident in Turtle Creek Twp. Saturday night. A preliminary investigation reveals that Carl Graber, 33 was driving a 2003 Ford F-150 southbound on Lindsey Road when he traveled over railroad tracks at high speed, lost control and went off the roadway and struck a tree. Alcohol and speed are suspected factors in the accident.
