Brown was not wearing a seat belt and was pronounced dead at the scene, ALEA Trooper Reginal King said. 
Barry Brown, 50, was driving a pickup at 6:20 Monday morning when it collided head-on with a small tanker truck on Alabama Highway 69 North near the 171 mile marker. Brown was not wearing a seat belt and was killed in the wreck.
