Two 17-year-old Oak Harbor sisters, one killed and one seriously injured in a car wreck in Anacortes on Thursday, Oct. 31st, had ties to the Oak Harbor School District and Skagit Valley College, school officials have confirmed.
A 25-year-old Oak Harbor woman was southbound in a 2009 Jeep Wrangler when she crossed the center line, according to the memo. The Jeep struck a northbound 2006 Chevrolet Equinox. The Jeep's driver was taken to a local hospital.
