Williams County Road 5

Brandon Smith, 21, of Essex, Iowa, and Armando Gomez-Gutierrez, 41, of Las Vegas, died in the crash. Neither man was wearing a seatbelt. The driver, Zackary McKinzie, 22, of Colville, Washington, who also was ejected from the GMC pickup, and was transported to Trinity Hospital in Minot.
