After an injury car accident, take these steps to help the recovery process

After a serious crash, several steps need to be taken, including dealing with the insurance companies, tracking and documenting lost income from missed work, coordinating medical bill payments, and handling an insurance claim.

Speed is the cause of most
Speed is the cause of most crashes involving young drivers, if you're running late speeding is not going to help much - even going 20 or 30mph over the speed limit is only going to save a minute or so, it's just not worth the risk to yourself or others on the road. Seatbelts give you a 50% better chance of surviving a crash, always make sure everyone in a vehicle is belted in - a person flying around the inside of a vehicle can kill other occupants, please be safe and live long!
