“The bicyclist then turned north where he was struck from behind by a 2007 tan Chevrolet Tahoe driven by a 39-year-old male,” Holmes said.
Bicyclist struck and killed by vehicle in Phoenix
The 39-year-old man driving the vehicle displayed signs of impairment.
He has been cited for a suspected DUI and has since been released.
