Pedestrian struck and killed by a train between Guajome Street and Vista Village Drive in Vista, California

The collision happened at around 5 a.m. on the Sprinter train tracks between Guajome Street and Vista Village Drive, in downtown Vista, sheriff's officials said in a news release. That stretch of track connects the Oceanside Transit Center to the Escondido Transit Center.
